

This 35-minute Pilates class is designed to help you build strong, supported knees by strengthening the muscles around them while also improving ankle strength, hip mobility, and overall leg stability. Strong knees aren’t just about the knees themselves. It’s about how everything works together. In this class, we focus on creating balanced strength and control so you can move with more confidence and ease. ✨ What to Expect: – Strength work for legs, hips, ankles and (of course) the core – Exercises to support knee stability and alignment – Gentle mobility to keep joints moving well – A steady, all-levels pace with options throughout 🧱 Props (Optional): – A yoga block or soft ball (great for many of the exercises) – No prop?
