Enjoy this 30 min Yin Yoga session where we are focusing on opening the hips. Props are recommended to support you in each position. You can use a bolster, meditation pillow and blocks. As an alternative for bolster and meditation pillow just use regular pillows or cushions and instead of blocks you can use thick books. Also feel free to have a blanket nearby. Get comfy and enjoy!
