Join me for this 35-minute Pilates class where we’ll combine deep core work with hip mobility to help you feel stronger, more stable and more free in your movement. As always, we’ll focus on activating the deeper core muscles to support posture, balance and overall body awareness, while adding mobility work for the hips to create more space and ease in the body. ✨ What to Expect: – Deep core activation and strengthening – Hip mobility and feel-good movement – Improved stability and body awareness – A balanced flow suitable for all levels 🧱 Props Needed: – 1 sturdy yoga block – If you don’t have one, you can also use a thick book, a firm cushion or a similar alternative, but something more stable and sturdy will work best Move mindfully, stay connected to your breath and enjoy this combination of strength and mobility.
